BCG's Battery Corrosion Guard is to be applied after cleaning of the terminal / post has been done. This product creates a firm rubber-like protective coating that protects your terminals, posts and hold downs, as well as carrying its own acid neutralizer.

Battery acid that tries to penetrate should be neutralized and/or destroyed. Once the coating has formed (may take up to 3 days), rising it with water does not appear disruptive.

Reapplication of Battery Guard is recommended after disassembly of terminals/connections.
